Olympic champions Laura Kenny and Elinor Barker sign a Bee at the HSBC UK National Cycling Centre, the venue for next month’s celebratory Bee in the City Farewell Weekend.
Their signatures can now be seen on I’d Rather Bee Cycling by artist Jessica Perrin. See the Bee at the HSBC UK National Cycling Centre on the Bee in the City art trail until 23 September and at the Farewell Weekend, 12-14 October.
All the big Bees from this summer’s art trail will gather together at Team GB’s training ground, the HSBC UK National Cycling Centre, on Friday 12 – Sunday 14 October. This special event will give Bee seekers the chance to see all the giant Bee in the City sculptures together for one last time before they are auctioned for the Lord Mayor of Manchester’s We Love MCR Charity.
