The Mayfield Partnership

The Mayfield Partnership is delivering the regeneration of Manchester’s historic Mayfield site, which is to be transformed over the next 10 years with £850m of investment to create a distinctive new district for the city, delivering 1,500 homes, 155,000 sq m of office space, two hotels, retail and leisure facilities and a new city park.

The Partnership comprises LCR, wholly-owned by the Department for Transport; Manchester City Council; Transport for Greater Manchester and specialist regeneration and property development company U+I.
