Name: Through a Manchester Window
Location: Great Northern Warehouse, The Mews
Artist: Stephen M Campbell
The display is a collaboration between Manchester Cultural Educational Partnership, Stephen M Campbell and the children of Manchester, who sent in artworks of real or imagined views through their windows created during the lock down.
Stephen took a few of these fabulous artworks and has created windows where the viewer is looking out through the windows the children have created.
Stephen uses a toolbox made of mathematics, chemistry, the real world and any thing that is to hand to visualise ideas and concepts. Most of his work comes from the question 'What would this look like if...?' He is based in Eccles and spends most of the time making paint, writing computer programs, fixing broken things and occaisonally producing artwork. Find out more at smcampbell.eu
