Big Bees

Lynda is a local resident and volunteer who also runs the community drawing events at Limelight. She is passionate about creating opportunities for everyone to access art in their everyday lives and be encouraged in their own creativity. The design includes the fingerprints of local school children, residents and people of all ages transformed by the artist into small bees.

Limelight is a purpose built, fully accessible facility in Old Trafford created to benefit residents and the wider community. It offers a range of services aimed at improving health and well-being. It also provides information, courses, advice and support under one roof along with a lovely café open to the public.
