Qubek is a street artist who has been working on the streets of Manchester for over 18 years. Not set to one particular idea or style, he loves creating site specific murals in the urban environment. Famed mainly for his 22 bees which adorn the Koffee Pot in the Northern Quarter to commemorate the lost lives in the arena attack last year, he enjoys painting organic forms seen in nature. He also loves to explore Manchester’s social and industrial history in his work. His work can be seen all over Manchester’s streets and in a large variety of businesses.
