Manchester born Laura-Kate has been running her own freelance illustration business, Laura-Kate Draws since 2009.
She has worked on a variety of commission-based projects as well as developing her own range of illustrated gift ware products and hosting illustration and screen print workshops in schools, museums and events across the North West.
Her art work is predominantly hand-drawn and painted, using a variety of media and often involves intricate detail and lots of animals. Clients have included The RSC, The Library of Birmingham, Wild in Art and Walker Gallery.
