Manchester United welcomed a new six-legged player to the first team last week when Bee United paid a visit to Old Trafford.
Bee United flew in to meet some of the first team during a training session at the team’s home ground. The Bee is a celebration of the legendary football club and features numerous portraits of its greatest players and managers. The players enjoyed spotting some fellow legends from the club’s proud history.
Designed by artist Joseph Venning, the Bee spent the summer entertaining fans and visitors outside the stadium as part of the Bee in the City sculpture trail.
The sculpture goes to auction on Wednesday 17 October to raise money for We Love MCR Charity.
